Can I access my account through POP or IMAP protocols?
FreeMail does not currently offer the possibility to access your mailbox through other email programs like Netscape Mail, Microsoft Internet Mail, Microsoft Oulook Express, Eudora Mail, etc. This facility will be available in the future, but not for free.

Can I attach files to my messages?
Yes, you can send attachments if your Web browser supports file uploading (such as Netscape Navigator 3.0 and later or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 and later).

What is the maximum mailbox size?
FreeMail includes for every user 20MB of storage space. Please note that if you exceed this limit, you will not be able to send and receive messages until you delete some from your folders.

Can I rename my login id?
FreeMail does not offer the possibility of changing your login id. If you want to use another account, you should create a new one.

Can I forward my messages to another e-mail address?
Mail forwarding will be available soon as a premium, paid service.

I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you forgot your password, you can use our Password reminder system. You will be asked several questions and if the answers are correct, you will regain your password.
